Below are some frequently asked questions
You will get a confirmation number when your order is placed and you will also receive a tracking number.
No. Orders that have already been processed will use the address that is active at the time that you ordered the product. If you place a new order, you can update the address at that time.
Your items will be mailed out
Your items are usually mailed out the same day after the order is received. Once they are mailed, they should be delivered in 1-3 business days. If the postal carrier delays your delivery, you can track your order with the tracking number given to you when you order.
If it is after 3:00 p.m., the order will be mailed out the next day. If you order a product after 3:00 p.m., and it is the weekend or a holiday, allow 1-3 business days for us to process your order.
For items that have to be customized, you will see a note at the bottom of the product page stating that the product is being specially made and will take 7-14 days to be delivered. This is only for specially made products.
In order for you to review your order history, you will have to create an account and put in your email and add a password. You can create an account in the top navigation bar next to the add to cart bag.
- Visit the "Orders" section in your account.
- Select the specific order you want to cancel.
- Start the cancellation process.
- Set refund and restock statuses.
- Choose the reason for cancellation.
- Confirm the cancellation.
Access your dashboard by entering your login credentials. Navigate to 'Settings', Located at the bottom left of your admin dashboard. Select 'Billing', where all your financial and payment settings are managed. Find the 'Payment Methods' section: You’ll see a list of your saved credit cards.
Choose the Card to Remove: Select the credit card you wish to delete.
Confirm Removal: You will be prompted to confirm the removal of your credit card. Proceed to finalize the action.
A refund can take 5 to 10 business days to be credited to your account. Several factors can influence this timeframe, including the payment method used, bank processing times, and the specifics of the transaction.
