Shipping Policy
Thank you for visiting and shopping at Christian Gifts For You. Listed below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
a) We know that your order arriving on time is important to you. Please allow 1-3 business days. If your order is placed on a weekend, it will be mailed out on that Monday. If it falls on a holiday, please allow 3-4 business days from the date of purchase.
b) Once you have placed an order, you can cancel or return the product within 30 days of purchase.
c) The estimated date for delivery of the products is set out in the Confirmation email which will be sent within 24-48 hours after you have received a confirmation of the order email.
d) Every order receives a tracking number before it leaves our facility. From the time it leaves our door to the time it gets to yours; you’ll always know where your package is.
Made to Order Items
e) Please Note: For items that are made to order, those items will be processed within 7-14 business days because they are located in a different warehouse.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
- As every order is unique, shipping costs vary depending on the chosen delivery method, weight, and destination of your order.
- The best way to get the information about the price of delivery is to add the product(s) you want to purchase to the bag and proceed to checkout. Here, by choosing the delivery option and indicating your address, the delivery price will automatically be updated and visible.
- Your delivery time might take longer than usual due to third-party services.
RETURNING ITEMS TO US
- For all returns other than damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped items, you will be responsible for the shipping charges to return the item(s).
If your items get lost in the mail, you will need to lodge a formal investigation with the courier company, for them to cover you for the loss/damages of your items.
If you choose not to ship your items tracked or signed for, and your items become lost, you will not be reimbursed for your loss/damages. Christian Gifts For You will not pay to cover the cost of postage and/or lost items that were returned by you in the mail. The Courier company will be your main contact for loss/damages that have occurred under their services.
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped. Please allow 1-3 business days to receive a code.
